Starting care at a new clinic should feel straightforward, not stressful. Here is a clear, honest picture of what your first visit looks like from the moment you book to the moment you leave.

Before you arrive: You will receive a simple online health history form after booking. It takes about 5–10 minutes to complete and helps Dr. John understand your history, current concerns, and goals before you walk in the door. Completing it ahead of time means more of your visit is spent on care, not paperwork.

What to wear: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows movement. Athletic wear or workout clothes work perfectly. If you are coming in for hip, knee, or lower leg concerns, shorts are ideal. For shoulder or upper back issues, a loose-fitting top works best.

How long to allow: Plan for 60 minutes for your first visit. Follow-up appointments are typically 30–60 minutes depending on your treatment plan.

Where to find us: 2470 Saint Rose Parkway, Suite 306-H, Henderson, NV 89074. We are located at The Atriums - Bldg. 2470, 3rd floor. If you have any trouble finding us, call (702) 465-1733.

What happens during the visit

Dr. John will assess how your body moves. This includes posture and structural alignment, range of motion and joint function, muscle activation patterns, and any areas of restriction or compensation. This is not a quick scan — it is a deliberate evaluation designed to identify the root cause of your problem, not just where it hurts.

Once the assessment is complete, you will have the option to begin care the same day. Dr. John will walk you through exactly what he found, what it means, and what a realistic care plan looks like for your specific situation. No pressure. No upsell. Just a clear plan.

My goal is to help our patients achieve optimal health and wellness through chiropractic care. I believe in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.

What to bring

If you have had previous imaging — X-rays, MRI, CT scans — bring the reports if you have them. They are helpful context, though not required. If you have been seen by another provider for the same concern, a brief summary of that history is useful as well.
