CHIROPRACTIC CARE FOR DANCERS IN HENDERSON, NV

Your Body Is Your Instrument. Protect It.

Las Vegas dancers and performers face some of the most demanding physical requirements of any athlete. Repetitive impact, extreme ranges of motion, long show schedules, and little time to recover. I work with show dancers, dance instructors, and competitive dancers to keep them moving, performing, and pain-free.

Conditions We Treat in Dancers & Performers

Hip & Groin Pain

Hip and Groin Pain

Hip impingement, labral strains, and groin pulls are among the most common injuries I see in dancers. Deep turnout, arabesques, and grand battements place enormous stress on the hip joint — especially in dancers who train through pain.

Ankle & Foot Injuries

Chronic ankle sprains, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, calf issues, and stress reactions in the feet are extremely common in performers. Repetitive relevés, pointe work, and impact from jumps create compounding stress that builds over a season.

Knee & Calf Pain

Patellar tendinopathy, IT band syndrome, patellofemoral pain, and calf pain are frequent in dancers who log high rehearsal hours.

Knee and Calf pain often develops gradually and worsens when ignored — early care makes a significant difference in recovery time.

Low Back & Spine Pain

Lumbar strain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and disc irritation are common in dancers who perform lifts, deep backbends, and long rehearsal blocks with little rest. Back pain in performers is rarely random — it traces back to movement patterns and training load.

Neck & Shoulder Pain

Tension headaches, neck stiffness, and shoulder strain commonly develop in dancers who hold performance postures, execute overhead movements, or spend hours in rehearsal without adequate recovery.

Overuse & Repetitive Strain

Tendinopathy, stress reactions, and muscle imbalances that accumulate over a dance season are some of the most common reasons performers are sidelined. I help identify the root cause — not just the symptoms — so you can train smarter and stay on stage.

How I Help Dancers & Performers

Fascial Stretch Therapy

FST is one of the most effective tools I have for dancers. It targets the entire fascial line — not just a muscle in isolation — which makes it ideal for improving active range of motion, reducing injury risk, and helping performers recover faster between shows and rehearsals.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic adjustments restore proper joint mechanics in the spine and extremities — important for dancers whose bodies absorb enormous forces daily. I address the root cause of dysfunction so you’re not just managing symptoms but actually moving better.

Cold Laser & Shockwave Therapy

Cold Laser & Shockwave Therapy

For overuse injuries, tendinopathy, and stubborn soft tissue pain, cold laser and shockwave therapy accelerate healing at the cellular level without downtime. These are especially effective for dancers who can’t afford to stop training while recovering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question before booking? Here are answers to what dancers and performers ask most often.

No referral is needed. You can call or book directly online. If you're in the middle of a show run or a heavy training block and need to be seen quickly, just let us know — I do my best to accommodate performers on short notice.

Absolutely — and I encourage it. Waiting until the end of a show run or competition often means a minor issue becomes a major one. Most of the care I provide is compatible with continued performance. I work with you to keep you on stage, not sideline you.

We are a cash-based, fee-for-service practice — which means no insurance billing, no surprise charges, and complete transparency in pricing.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Many patients find that straightforward, one-on-one care actually saves money compared to co-pays, deductibles, and the limitations that come with insurance-based visits.

Call or text at 702-465-1733 if you have any questions about fees before your first visit.

Your first visit includes a thorough intake, a movement and orthopedic assessment, and a conversation about your training history, current injuries, and performance goals. Treatment begins the same day — you won’t leave without care. Most first visits run about 60 minutes.
