At The Stretch Doc, we know visiting a new place for the first time can feel a little intimidating. That’s why we make it our mission to ensure your experience is welcoming, comfortable, and completely focused on you. We see every patient as part of our extended family, and we’re genuinely excited to meet you.

With over 26 years of experience, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—from UFC fighters and world-class ballet dancers to local high school athletes, fitness competition participants, and active adults simply wanting to move without pain. As an Ironman finisher, 100-mile ultramarathoner, and Certified Ultramarathon Coach, I understand the demands your body faces and the importance of restoring strength, mobility, and confidence.

Before your first appointment, you’ll complete a simple online form so we can better understand your health history, current concerns, and goals. During your visit, we’ll talk about what’s holding you back, assess how your body moves, and identify the root cause of any discomfort or limitations.

Once we have a clear picture, you’ll have the option to begin care right away. Every treatment is personalized—whether your goal is to recover from an injury, prepare for a competition, or simply enjoy life without pain—so you can get back to doing the activities you love, feeling stronger and more capable than ever.
